Order Confirmation Process

Once you place an order on our website, you’ll receive a confirmation call from one of our team members. Your order will only be confirmed after we’ve verified your shipping details with you during this call.

After confirmation, your order is carefully packed and dispatched from our warehouse. 

Delivery Timeframes

Processing time may vary slightly depending on the product, but here’s what to expect after your order is dispatched: 

Delivery to Major Cities in Pakistan For all major cities, delivery usually takes up to 3 working days after dispatch. 

Delivery to Other Areas in Pakistan For more remote locations, delivery may take 4 to 5 working days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays, but we’ll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
